Mahi mahi

Also known as Dolphin Fish and called “Lampuga” in Croatia, Mahimahi is a migratory pelagic fish found in warm waters. It is recognized by its vibrant blue-green and yellow coloring and its elongated body. Mahimahi is a fast-growing species that feeds on smaller fish and squid. Its firm, flavorful meat makes it a favorite for grilling, pan-searing, or preparing in exotic dishes with tropical fruit-based sauces.
